Crucially, we have mirror-imaged the point profile of the Trig in all sizes, so the long points of these hooks are incredibly sharp. Moreover, the double tempering process means that the points are both tough and durable, despite their fineness. We also mirrored the bend of the Trig, creating a very strong shape.

Heavy forging and proper tempering give the Chod-Hammers hook the appropriate rigidity, so it hardly opens or breaks. With this range, we have slightly increased the eye diameter, which comfortably accommodates a 25 lb hooklink material. These new hooks have undergone a rigorous testing process with excellent results, consistently achieving excellent hook holds. None of the testers who tried them felt the need to sharpen the points.
