After more than 3 years of development and 2 years of field testing, we have developed a new range of hooks that set new standards in strength, sharpness, and point durability. The new, special manufacturing process ensures significantly stronger hooks with a more durable point and longer lifespan.
Cryogenic tempering is an advanced process used to improve the molecular structure of the steel. This reduces internal stress and significantly improves strength and wear resistance. This technology is used in many areas, such as in Formula 1 engine components.
Tests on the first samples have shown us that this new manufacturing process leads to hooks that are 25–30% stronger than comparable carp hooks of the same wire diameter. Thanks to this technology, we produce fine and extremely sharp hooks that are now much more durable than before!
