Over 3 years of development and the last 2 years spent field testing have resulted in the creation of a new hook range that sets new standards in terms of strength, sharpness, and point durability. A new, special manufacturing process produces significantly stronger hooks with a more durable point and longer lifespan.
Cryogenic tempering is an advanced process used to improve the molecular structure of steel. This reduces internal stress and significantly improves strength and wear resistance. This technology is used in many industries, such as in Formula 1 engine components.
Tests on the first samples showed us that this new manufacturing process results in hooks that are 25 to 30% stronger than comparable carp hooks with the same wire diameter. Thanks to this technology, we are able to produce fine and extremely sharp hooks that are now much more durable than ever before!
