SALE RULES

The subject of sale are all products available on the website www.lkbaits.com with the LK Baits logo. The store sells new products. The number of products offered in the store varies and is constantly updated. The LK Baits store reserves the right to change the prices of goods on offer, cancel or limit parts of the offer, the duration of the promotion or introduce changes to it without giving a reason.

The prices of products in the store are expressed in EURO and include VAT. The price given for each product is binding at the time the customer places the order.

The store also reserves the right to make changes to shipping prices.

° Collection at the LK Baits headquarters after prior telephone or e-mail contact

The order fulfillment procedure begins:

° Payment by electronic transfer - immediately after receiving confirmation of the transfer

° Payment by bank transfer - immediately after receiving confirmation of the transfer

° Payment on delivery upon courier delivery - immediately after receiving the order

° Payment on delivery at the LK Baits headquarters - immediately after receiving the order

Shipment:Parcels are sent via the GLS courier company.

The goods are usually shipped within 48 hours of receiving the payment.

RETURNS

Each product purchased in the LK Baits online store may be returned without giving a reason within 14 days from the date of receipt of the shipment. During this time, the goods can be returned provided that they are in the original packaging, show no signs of use, and have no defects except those that constitute grounds for a complaint. The goods cannot be returned incomplete.

The refund covers the price of the returned goods. The costs associated with shipping the returned goods are borne by the customer. The basis for returning goods is the attached invoice, without it the refund will not be accepted. If you receive defective or damaged goods, the store reserves the right to refuse a refund.

Please send returns to the company address. We do not accept cash on delivery shipments.

Each parcel sent by courier is insured, therefore the Customer is obliged to check the parcel in the presence of the delivering person - damage caused during transport that is not reported to the courier is not subject to a warranty claim.

COMPLAINTS

Each new product purchased in the LK Baits online store is covered by the manufacturer's warranty and is subject to replacement if it has technical defects. When making a complaint, an attached purchase receipt is required.

In the event of a complaint or return of goods, together with the returned or complained about goods, a completed and signed "Return of Goods Document" should be sent, to which the customer should attach a receipt or a VAT invoice, if it was delivered together with the completed order.

PRIVACY POLICY

The Lukas Krasa LK Baits company undertakes to protect customers' personal data in accordance with the requirements of the Personal Data Protection Act (Journal of Laws No. 133, item 883).

Lukas Krasa LK Baits will not disclose Customers' personal data to third parties (this applies in particular to e-mail addresses and postal addresses), unless it is related to the execution of the order.
