These rods have been thoroughly tested and refined to the demanding standards of Terry Hearn. The new range of 12' Terry Hearn rods from LK Baits is available in three variants to cover a wide spectrum of angling needs:

• Classic 3.0 lb (40mm guide)
• Classic 3.25 lb (50 mm guide)
• Distance 3.50 lb (50 mm guide)

The rods are made from the most modern ultra-high modulus carbon with a tough woven satin finish, ensuring high strength and durability.

The 3.0 lb model offers an optimal casting weight of 70 g and, with proper balance, allows distances of 100 m+ to be achieved. For maximum distance, the 3.5 lb model is ideal, which works effectively with a weight of 110 g and, in tests, has reached a distance of over 150 m. The Distance model features an ultra-fast tip, which ensures rapid compression and subsequent release for maximum casting performance.

The rods are fitted with perfectly positioned SiC guides with single leg frames. This solution reduces weight and improves the overall action and balance of the rod. The design of the rods is based on the proven concept of the 9' models, with an emphasis on detail, such as the optimal length of the hard EVA handle, DPS reel seat, smoothly shaped ESP line clip, the characteristic ruby red tip, and the engraved stainless steel butt cap. Of course, discreet placement of the logo on the bottom of the rod is a given.
