Crucially, we've mirror-designed the profile of the Trig point in all sizes, making the long points of these hooks incredibly sharp. In addition, the double-tempering process ensures that, despite their fineness, the points are tough and durable. We've also mirrored the bend of the Trig, creating a very strong shape. Heavy forging and proper tempering give the Chod-Hammers hooks optimal rigidity, which minimizes the risk of opening or breaking. For this range, we've slightly increased the diameter of the eye to accommodate even 25 lb hooklink material without any problems. The new hooks have undergone rigorous testing with excellent results, demonstrating consistent and reliable hook holds. None of the testers who tried them felt the need to resharpen the points.
