A new, special manufacturing process guarantees significantly stronger hooks with a longer hook point lifespan. We achieve this thanks to a unique combination of technologies that pushes the boundaries of what is possible.
Cryogenic tempering is an advanced process that improves the molecular structure of the steel. It reduces internal stress and increases strength and wear resistance. This technology, known from Formula 1, where it is used for the production of highly stressed engine components, is now also used for LK Baits hooks.
Tests have shown that the new hooks are 25-30% stronger than comparable carp hooks with the same wire diameter. As a result, we manufacture fine and extremely sharp hooks that are also much more durable than ever before.
